Best croissants in town. Favorites are: Plain Almond Chocolate Cinnamon Any of the fruit filled , meat & cheese filled They run out fast and close early don't delay.

Perfect croissants *bakers kiss* Fresh and buttery -- they feel like a hug! I was greeted very warmly by a friendly cashier. The prices are also exceedingly reasonable. With some investments in the display / interior design, I'll happily update this review to 5 stars.

I've had nothing here except for the coffee crunch cake but that alone gets 5/5 stars! My mom ordered a 10 inch cake, 4 days in advance, for $43 dollars. The price has gone up in the last few years but I'd say it's worth every penny. The softest sponge cake with a coffee crunch layer on the side; it's not TOO sweet, which is appreciated by my parents and grandparents. I haven't had any of their other pastries but I'd love to try them someday when I am in the area. Not to mention the inside is clean & the employees are just the kindest.

Coffee crunch cake!! So good, I love how it isn't too sweet but just the perfect amount! It's soft and unlike regular cakes. This is one of the cakes our family and friends always get because it's that good! You have to preorder 48 hours in advance!! It's also super affordable!

I called and ordered a 10" round Coffee Crunch Cake and decided to have no writing. Because the cake was for a celebration I changed my mind. Instead of calling and confusing them, I drove over. The young man working was very pleasant and let me add writing to the cake! While I was there I ordered a Chocolate Croissant and a Vegetarian Croissant to share with my husband. The chocolate croissant didn't seem to have much chocolate or maybe it wasn't spread out enough. The Vegetarian Croissant was outstanding that it had just enough pesto and sun dried tomatoes. The coffee crunch cake was outstanding just as I expected! When I picked up the cake, I also bought a Cinnamon Crossiant and Spinach Dip Croissant. The Cinnamon Crossiant was pretty yummy! The Spinach Dip Crossiant was too much spinach dip and tasted like the spinach dip from Costco.

They open at 6am, I was the second in line. Although it was REALLY early on a Saturday morning, there was a steady flow of customers. Had to wait till 6:30-ish for their croinuts. Which of course was worth it! Ordered almond, chocolate, Nutella peanut butter, custard, spinach, ham & cheese, & fruit-apple today. Croinut-cream cheese & custard filling as well. Wow they were all SO GOOD! The croinuts were crispy as you might expect a deep fried croissant to taste. Light sugar glaze decorated with red & green for Christmas. Very small seating area. Could fit maybe 4-5 small bistro tables (which were not pulled down). Heard so much about the coffee crunch cake, was disappointed they need a 2 day lead time. Many reviewers mentioned this cake. Guess I'll have to ordered it the next time I'm in town.

My family has been coming to Le Croissant Factory for their coffee crunch cake for over a decade. We don't order it every year, but it remains one of my family's favorite cakes. If you're looking for a decadent cake though, this isn't it. It definitely will not make the the cut for best cake in terms of presentation/looks. They also do not write names on the cake. However, it is light/fluffy. If you're like me & my family and don't love 1/4 cake and 3/4 frosting, it's a great cake option if you like the flavor of coffee. It's a white cake with thin layers of frosting. A lot of the coffee flavor comes from a crunchy, candy coating on the top layer of the cake. Croissants here are good too! The ones I've tried are like the cake, very light. If you haven't given this bakery a try, I do recommend stopping by!

I can't believe I've lived in Sacramento for years without discovering this place. Oh all the croissants I could have eaten! Now that I've experienced Le Croissant Factory, there is no going back. We drove from north Sac on a Saturday morning around 945am, and although there was a decent selection left, more than half of their flavors were gone. I didn't realize we had to pre-order the coffee crunch cake so that will be a must try next time. We got chocolate, almond, raspberry, and cheese and all were delicious. Soft, pillowy and buttery with the right amount of flakiness. I loved every bite. My favorite was the almond. Yes a lot of places make almond croissants, but this one is top tier. I can't wait to get more. The staff was super friendly and patient when I was deciding on my choices. Le Croissant is one of those awesome neighborhood spots you hope will be there for decades to come. A Sacramento gem.

The hype is very, very real. I stopped in around 11am and all they had left for sweet flavors were: blueberry and apricot. Funny thing is that the lady behind me in line said that this was abnormal for the time of day bc usually they are almost sold out by noon. The croissants served at Le Croissant Factory are soooo buttery and flaky fresh. Something about biting into a fresh croissant just brings back memories of when I was a kid. I would highly recommend Le Croissant Factory if you are in the mood for a fresh, flaky, buttery pastry.

Looking for a flaky and tasty croissant- head to the croissant factory to satisfy your craving. They have a variety of flavors from apricot to apple to Turkey and cheese, spinach, etc. They don't just serve the best croissants in town, but they have other pastries, coffee and an amazing toffee crunch cake. Order your cake ahead of time because they are made to order.
